What’s a typical day like for you managing the customer service team?
The ladies on my team are motivated, and we all work great together! We know what is expected each day, and they are awesome at getting it done.
How do you keep everything organized while handling customer inquiries, team coordination, etc.?
I’m OCD, so I have to complete the task as soon as it’s given to me. I don’t like things just sitting in my inbox. I utilize the to-do list frequently and flag items that are important.
What’s your favorite part about working at Industrial Repair Service?
I love the family atmosphere and being able to work with some great people.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work to recharge?
Spending time with my husband and 2 daughters, watching them play softball and do equestrian shows. We love to go camping, fishing, and spending time on the lake with friends.
What’s one thing most people at Industrial Repair Service might not know about you?
I’m a licensed cosmetologist and do hair on the side. We also raise goats and chickens, and my daughter and I helped birth 2 baby goats from our mama doe.
Do you have a personal motto or quote that guides how you lead your team or approach challenges?
It’s a new day, start fresh with a clean slate and mind.
