
Every month, we introduce an employee who serves as our spotlight; however, we feel it’s essential to highlight some of the superstars who keep Industrial Repair Service running smoothly every day.
James Doyle: President & CEO
James isn’t your typical CEO. His laugh carries down hallways, and he’s been known to show up to a customer’s shop at midnight after an urgent call. A Brooklyn native, he founded Industrial Repair Service in 1991 out of a small garage in Norcross, GA, with a mission to treat customers like family. From humble roots, filing clients’ profiles in milk crates, to serving customers worldwide, he has proven that success doesn’t mean losing your eccentric charm… or abandoning your daily worn flip-flops.
Mike Yard: VP of Operations
Mike joined Industrial Repair Service in 1994 and quickly became James’s right-hand man. With over 30 years of experience, he’s a walking Rolodex on manufacturing components. Known for his dry humor and “employees’ ashes” mug that sits on his desk, Mike runs a tight ship, but always with a wink. Off the clock, he’s a Buffalo Bills fan (and thus an amateur mixologist), lifelong basketball lover, and proud theatre dad to two Broadway-bound daughters.
Francie Denson: Sales Manager
Since 2011, Francie has been the heart of Industrial Repair Service, leading national sales teams with energy and genuine care. She celebrates every win, remembers every birthday, and has built numerous customer relationships founded on trust. Outside of work, her world revolves around her kids and seven grandchildren. Still, at the office, she’s best known for making everyone feel like they belong.
Whether it’s flip-flops in the office or theatre stories, our leadership team proves that you don’t have to lose your personality to lead with impact. At IRS, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
