Step into the spotlight with us as we shine a light on our Director of Marketing, Ashley Doyle. Ashley, who has been at our HQ since 2021, has successfully led many marketing initiatives, most recently our soon-to-launch new website!
Meet Ashley!
What’s one marketing initiative you’re particularly proud of, and what was its impact?
One marketing move I’m really proud of was getting our Google Ads up and running. They brought in solid traffic and some great leads. It was a good boost in visibility and showed strong interest in what we offer. We’ve paused them for now while we finish a full website rewrite. Once that’s done, we’re planning to relaunch and take things even further.
What’s your favorite part about working at Industrial Repair Service?
My favorite part about working at Industrial Repair Service is the strong family atmosphere. The team is supportive, and there’s a real sense of trust. I’ve had the opportunity to grow the marketing department and take on more responsibility. It’s rewarding to see my ideas put into action and make an impact.
What’s a personal motto or quote you live by?
“Let Them.” It’s a reminder to let people do what they’re going to do and not take it personally. You can’t control others, only how you respond. It helps me stay focused, calm, and true to myself.
What’s a hobby you’d like to try but haven’t had the chance to yet?
A hobby I’d like to try but haven’t yet is needlepoint. It looks relaxing and like a fun way to be creative. I’ve seen some beautiful designs people have made, but I just haven’t had the time to start. Hopefully I’ll try it soon!
What’s a trend you secretly wish would make a comeback, no matter how ridiculous it is?
I secretly wish perms would make a comeback. I’ve got naturally wavy, big hair, so I’m all about that volume! It’s a little ridiculous but also kind of fun. Big hair just has its own vibe! I’d definitely rock it again.
Where or what could we find you doing on a Friday/Saturday night?
On a Friday or Saturday night, you’ll either find me at home, cuddled up watching movies, or out in Buckhead with my friends until the sun comes up. There’s really no in-between for me. Sorry dad!
If your pet could talk for a day, what’s the one thing you’re terrified it would say?
If my cats could talk for a day, I’m pretty sure they’d tell me to stop playing so much music bingo and get a real hobby.
What’s a food hill you will die on?
I love celery. Sue me. It’s crunchy, refreshing, and totally underrated. Seriously, it deserves way more credit.
What reality show would you win?
I’d probably win Love Is Blind because it’s all about finding a genuine connection through conversation. I believe I could find the right person just by talking and not seeing them. I’d use my communication and marketing skills to the best of my ability.
What’s the most useless talent you possess? (For example, I can tell the difference between a buttered and unbuttered piece of toast with my eyes closed.
The most useless talent I have is that I can untangle anything. When I was little, people would give me their shoes and jewelry to unknot, and they still do. It’s not the most exciting skill, but it definitely comes in handy sometimes.
We hope you enjoyed getting to know Ashley a little better, and we look forward to sharing next month’s spotlight with you. Stay tuned!
